About AGRA
The Atherton Gardens Residents Association (AGRA) office is located in the Community Centre on the ground floor of 140 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy.
We would like residents to join the Association so that we can work to improve the living standards and safety of our Estate. The Tenant Council meetings are run monthly, so please come along and join in.
AIMThe general aim of the Association is to enable the residents of the Atherton Gardens to improve their quality of life by ensuring they can activelyparticipate in the social, cultural and recreational activities of the community.
Every person currently living on the Atherton Gardens estate is recognised as being a member.
Every individual member has the right to attend all general meetings of the Association and to speak at these meetings, but not to vote unless they are the bona fide tenant, tenants spouse, and approved proxy,or an elected representative at a meeting.
